Event Captain guides the floor staff to maintain the timeline, answers questions, leads team throughout the event (supporting Event Director when applicable), as well as being available with other vendors and kitchen staff. They work directly with the Event Director to execute the event plan. • Assist in planning the staff timeline, review Event Director notes and file, and be prepared for the day of the event execution. • Understand, follow, and lead team to follow service standards as defined in staff orientation as well as in Policies and Procedures • Assist in other duties and projects as assigned. • Maintain effective, professional communication between Event Director, all kitchen staff, vendors, event planner, and client during the entire event.Create an account to see the full posting, access our search engine, and more.
