Seeking part time Admin Assistant for a leading pharmaceutical consultancy
firm in Tyson's Corner
General responsibilities include:
Corresponds with clients and vendors
Maintains supply inventory
Maintains office suite, to include two conference rooms and kitchen
Conducts mail services
Coordinates with local restaurants, caterers and transportation services.
Supports Operations and Consultancy Staff with basic administrative needs, to
include: filing, deposits, coordinating IT/maintenance support,
maintain/update records, etc.
Candidate must have:
Excellent communication skills
Small event planning experience
Expertise in Microsoft suite (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
