As a member of the HUGO BOSS Human Resources team, the HR Coordinator will provide support to Savannah HR Team and Sr. Director Human Resources, North America. The role requires administrative support on all functions of HR which includes, recruitment, new hire onboarding process, and complete employee life cycle. Assist with recruitment efforts of blue-collar candidates Conduct blue collar candidate phone screenings Process background checks and manage drug screening testing Update and maintain the Applicant Tracker Perform various administrative/clerical duties such as updating directories, expense reports, faxing, copying, mail, setting up conference and video calls, proof reading and filing Assist with editing presentations Compile and interpret data/information from respective business units Prepare Orientation Packets and Personnel Files Assist during Orientations Create binders and other files, as requested Maintain confidentiality of all corporate, personnel, legal, and financial matters Other ad hoc projects/reports Your profile: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources 2+ years of experience in an HR Administrative function Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills Strong follow-up skills, organzizational and time management skills Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment and maintain strong attention to detail Strong relationship-building and customer service skills Ability to maintain confidentiality / discretion in all work place matters.
