The Sales/Event Planner for FastTrax Entertainment Center works under the direction of the Sales Manager. This associate is essential in providing guest service, sales growth, and PR for the center. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES ● Coordinates and books group activities and reservations of guests wishing to play games, go-karting, bowl, dine, and visit lounge ● Need to have ample knowledge of company’s products (check out fasttraxent.com ● Be sales oriented and customer focused. This is a sales job. ● Provides accurate pricing and party details to our guests for all of the aforementioned activities ● Creates and provide paperwork on all advanced reservations booked to guests and management team ● Timely communicate to all managers any changes in reservations ● Rings all transactions and advance reservation deposits accurately into appropriate POS ● Work other areas in the center as needed ● Excellent Communication Skills – to owners, guests and team members ● Good computer knowledge including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Qualification and Requirements ● Minimum of two (2) years experience in sales, event planning or other related fields.
