The catering /events coordinator will be responsible for all events scheduled at Beth Hillel Bnai Emunah which includes in-house and outside events. He/she will keep track of inventory, place weekly orders, receive deliveries and code all invoices. The catering/events coordinator will keep in contact with local caterers for upcoming events, menu check and price comparing. He/she will schedule and supervise staff, create budgets, expense reports and invoices for each event, and design room setups.
