NOC Support Manager (Las Vegas)

The NOC manages the notification and escalation procedures, coordinates with IT leadership across the organization to meet and deliver service deliverables defined for IT Customer Services and ensuring established Service Level Agreements are aligned with Business objectives. The NOC Manager will also be responsible for documenting, tracking, and monitoring incidents to ensure resolution in a timely manner. · Develop operational procedures and provide guidance and leadership to NOC personnel in adopting standard operating procedures necessary for day-to-day maintenance and incident response · Experience leading a NOC, IT Support in a 24/7 environment. · Demonstrated experience with configuration management tools
