Program Manager

• Critically analyzes and synthesizes Jibe Express ridership and budget data; reports regularly on said items to ED, Board of Directors and contracted service operator • Provides primary customer service to all Jibe Express riders and residents seeking to navigate the transit system • Establishes scope of business program and pioneers its start by creating, managing, promoting, marketing and delivering new program to North Natomas businesses which will include commute behavior change strategies, events and campaigns that optimize employee’s transportation behaviors • Bachelor’s degree required and five years of experience in transportation demand management, transit, marketing, sales or public relations related fields • Experience in budget management
